Products of Nature Neem

Quality

The important objective of this neem organic manure is to enrich the classical or known organic manures for increased protection against soil pests. The different neem plant parts such as neem seed coat, neem fruit skin, neem dried leaves is well decomposed in coir peat along with other organic matter.

COCO TERRE - The key for natural growth of plants

COCO TERRE is a genuine ready to use natural substrate suitable for all scenarios. It can be used as a substrate for main field planting, nurseries and hydroponic cultures. It serves as an excellent potting medium and green house medium providing steady release of nutrients and for a harmonious growth of plants. COCO TERRE is unique in its characteristics by virtue of its corposants as below :

The constituents of COCO TERRE

Coco peat : Coir pith is a by-product of the coir or coconut industry can be converted into organic manure or peat using biotechnology. It’s not only revitalizes the plants but also induces uniformity in growth by enhancing water retention and aeration. COCO TERRE contains upto 75 percent of coco peat.

Neem seed powder: COCO TERRE contains neem fruit powder with oil. It preserves all the 200 organic nutrients from Neem and acts as bio a stimulant for the plants when get absorbed through its roots.

Organic supplements: poultry manure, Humic acid, fulvic acid from the sea weed extracts upto 10 % functions as respiratory catalysts, resulting in an increase in the living activity of the plant. Enzyme systems are intensified, cell division is accelerated and root systems show greater development and ultimately increase the dry matter yield.

Pest repellent activity of COCO TERRE

Neem is a biochemical factory of more than 200 bio chemical constituents. Neem is known for its pest repellant activity against nematodes, soil insects and against a growth soil born fungus causing root rots, wilts etc., COCO TERRE itself contains Neem but when mixed with NUTRAZA, the neem organic fertilizer from Nature Neem, acts as a perfect substrate for plants.

Recommended  practices

For planting purposes :

Generally plants must anchor deeper roots in the soil so as to adopt their needs. Hence COCO TERRE is largely recommended for planting horticultural crops or ornamental plants in open or main fields.

The ideal period of planting is from March to May and from September to mid-November. Please exclude the Frost, snow and high heat periods.

Planting in open or main field (from potted plants or plants with root balls)

Certain plants may require denser medium for its normal growth. In this case, mix COCO TERRE, NUTRAZA and natural compost or soil in the ratio of 1:1:1.

Steps

Take out the plants from the pot. Care should be taken not to damage the roots. If the root ball seems to be dry, immerse it in clear water so that it absorbs sufficient water before planting. Cut the extending or dry roots from the root ball possibly with a knife.

For plants with naked roots :

Generally planting should be done immediately. If this is not possible, never leave the roots exposed to sun, heat and wind. Clean and cut the damaged roots properly before the plantation.

Steps

Dig a hole 3-4 times bigger than the root ball. At the bottom, fill with pulverized gravels or fine gravels for 3 to 4 cm for better drainage and for better root aeration. Fill the pit partly with COCO TERRE. If you are using a planting support for the plant fixe it now. Place the plant at the centre of the pit vertically and gently spread the roots. Fill the remaining pit with a mixture of COCO TERRE and NUTRAZA, the neem organic fertilizer from Nature Neem. Irrigate copiously. Cover it again with a thick layer of suitable mulch such as the COCO MULCH from Nature Neem, in order to prevent the weed growth and evaporation loss. If you are using a planting support, fix or tie up the next day.

Make sure that you sprinkle with water regularly at least for the first year in order to prevent the drying of roots.

Potting and Repotting

Repotting is carried out during the spring or autumn seasons, when the roots develop. Repotting is done when the roots appear on the surface or sneaks out through the draining holes and if the new leaves appears to be abnormally shorter.

Steps

Remove the plant carefully. Remove the part of the exhausted media by breaking the root ball gently by hands and without damaging the roots.

Trim the root ball by cutting the extending or dry roots possibly with a knife. Choose a container or a pot whose diameter is 2 inches (5cm) higher than the root ball. Add a layer of clay beads followed by a layer of COCO TERRE. Place the plant at the centre of the pit vertically and gently spread the roots. Fill with a mixture of COCO TERRE and NUTRAZA by gently pressing or tapping. Cover it again with a thick layer of suitable mulch such

as the COCO MULCH from Nature Neem, prevents the weed growth and evaporation loss. Irrigate moderately until water drains through the drainage hole of the pot.

Top dressing: Renovating the existing substrate of standing plants.

For bigger plants with huge roots where repotting is impossible we recommend to remove the exhausted earth and replace with COCO TERRE. This patch work can be done atleast once in 2 to 3 years.

Steps

Scrap the surface of the existing substrate gently and remove the 4-10 cms of exhausted earth and fill compactly with a *mixture of NUTRAZA and COCO TERRE by tapping gently with fingers.  If needed pack with earth. Irrigate copiously and mulch it with Coco mulch.  This medium enriched with NUTRAZA, the organic fertilizer serves as a perfect medium to provide the required nutrients for the plants usually for the next 12 months.

How to prepare a 100 percent organic enriched medium for plantations, nurseries, green houses, hydroponics, pots etc

Buy NUTRAZA, the organic fertilizer proposed by Nature Neem. It is available in different packing of 2, 20 and 50 kg. Mix around 1-2 kg of NUTRAZA to 5 kg of COCO TERRE. Add enough water (1:1) so that the COCO PEAT expands abundantly.

Now 100 percent organic planting medium is ready for use.

Advantages : The above planting media is not only 100 organic without any traces of chemical residues but also

It protects the plant against the sol born pests like nematodes, insects, and inhibits pathogenic fungus.

It releases the important nutrients constantly and slowly

It provides a uniform media which parfait drainage and aeration

Do you wish to certify your produce organic ? And your certifiers demand a chemical free soil. Or do you wish to convert your green house or your planting substrate to be completely organic. Don’t wait for 5 years for the polluted soil gets cured. You can replace the soil by 100 percent organic medium proposed* by us earlier and you can go for organic certification immediately.

Primary level certification: Certified by in house R&D of Nature Neem and further by Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Tamil nadu, India.
